Our Classes

Pilates

Pilates classes are run by our instructor Julie and are suitable for all ages and abilities. Julie is also qualified in pre and post natal exercises so these classes truly provide something for everyone.

Circuits

Classes are run by our qualified instructor, Julie, and provide a wide variety of exercises to help you work your whole body. Exercises suitable for all abilities and fitness levels from beginner to pro.

Yoga
